The Wartmann® PRO series carving knife 20 cm is a high-quality knife for the professional kitchen and for intensive home use. The knife is specially designed to cut meat into thin slices or slices. Compared to the Wartmann® chef's knife, the Wartmann® carving knife cuts more precisely through the thinner blade. This knife is very suitable for cutting roasts, roulade and hams.
This sharp knife has an ergonomically designed handle which helps you to work smoothly and safely. The blades of the knives from this series are forged from the steel type 1.4116 of the German company ThyssenKrupp, with a cutting length of 20 cm and a thickness of 2.5 mm. The knife has undergone a special heat treatment. The handle is made of black, impact-resistant, ABS and stainless steel and is triple riveted. The blade and handle are satin polished for a beautiful aesthetic finish.
Due to the composition of the steel type, X50CrMoV15, the knives from the Wartmann® PRO knife series have a high rust resistance and good hardness.
When tested in accordance with the ISO 8442-5 standard, the 20 cm carving knife from the Wartmann® PRO knife series achieved a very good score for the initial cutting performance (ICC> 105) and an excellent score for the durability (TCC> 640). A knife from the Wartmann® PRO knife series is therefore a good investment for your kitchen.
