The Wartmann® PRO series cook's knife 15 cm is a high-quality knife for the professional kitchen and for intensive home use. The Wartmann® cook's knife is very suitable for easy food preparation and is designed for cutting meat, fish or vegetables.
 
This sharp knife has an ergonomically designed handle which helps you to work smoothly and safely.
The blade of the knives in this series is forged from steel grade 1.4116 of the German company ThyssenKrupp has a cutting length of 15 cm and thickness of 2.5 cm.
 
The knife has undergone a special heat treatment. The handle is made of black, impact resistant, ABS and stainless steel and is triple riveted. Due to the composition of the steel, X50CrMoV15, the Wartmann® PRO knives have a high resistance to rust and good hardness. 
 
When tested according to the ISO 8442-5 standard, the 15 cm cook's knife of the Wartmann® PRO knife series achieved a very good score for the initial cutting performance (ICC > 105) and an excellent score for durability (TCC > 640). A knife of the Wartmann® PRO knife series is therefore a good investment for your kitchen.
